Users can initiate pre-employment assessments for applicants by assigning a designated special status code, as agreed upon between the client and Prevue. The integration continuously monitors the client's ADP account for applicants placed in this status. Upon detecting an applicant with the appropriate status, Prevue HR automatically sends an assessment invitation via email to the applicant, with updates reflected in ADP Workforce Now. The applicant receives the invitation email, completes the assessment, and once finished, Prevue promptly posts the job suitability score and a link to access detailed results within ADP Workforce Now.
